K&K Precision's turning capabilities cover the full range of applications. While our CNC machines deliver precision and consistent quality, our skilled trades people use manual lathes wherever the work calls for specialist oversize or repair work.

Our CNC Lathes

Capable of accepting lengths of up to 1 meter between centres, our CNC Lathes are typically employed to produce rollers, wheels and flanges with a diameter of up to 600 mm. They include a Mori Seiki Multi Axis Truning Centre which combines turning with 9-axis milling and machining.

Our Manual Lathes

Capable of producing shafts up to 4 meters in length, pulleys and rollers up to 870 mm in diameter and flanges and rings with a diameter up up to 1150 mm, K&K Precision's manual lathes fill out K&K Precision's capabilities. Together with our CNC capabilities, they provide a comprehensive range of machines to suit many applications.
